Using the calculator
You can calculate an estimate without providing contact details. Your chosen overnight electricity rate is saved in this browser so it stays selected on your next visit. Use the calculator’s Reset button to clear that preference. Your usage and estimate are sent to our team only when you submit an enquiry with the estimate included.
Requesting a quote
The form collects your name, email address, installation postcode, optional phone number, and any selected offer or calculator estimate. Submitting the form asks us to contact you about your enquiry. We use these details to respond to your request, assess your requirements and prepare your quote.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries are saved as private records in our WordPress enquiry system. The system emails our team, sends a copy to the email address supplied and forwards the lead to our MyCustomr CRM for follow-up. These records are not published on the website. Our website, hosting, email and CRM service providers process information needed to deliver those services.
Keeping the form reliable
The enquiry service checks the information submitted, limits repeated requests and uses a unique request reference to avoid duplicates when a submission is retried. Hosting providers may also process technical connection information in their normal service logs.
Google reviews and maps
The review excerpts on this website are displayed locally. Google’s embedded business profile loads only after you choose “Load Google business profile”. Loading that content or following a Google link connects you to Google, which handles information under its privacy policy.
Contact about your information
To ask about information held from your enquiry, correct your details or request deletion, email info@dxenergybattery.co.uk. Include your enquiry reference if you have it. We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request.
